Breathe Reminder Cards
Use our free breathe cards to help you to remember to take deep breaths throughout the day. By taking slow deep breaths, you can help to reduce muscle tension and constriction which in turn will help to reduce your pain intensity levels.
Post the individual cards in various places such as on your refrigerator, bathroom mirror, computer monitor, etc. to remind yourself to breathe throughout the day.
T Chart (blank version)
The T chart has many uses:
- Use the T chart to help you flip negative thoughts into positive thoughts.
- Use it to clarify what you don’t want into what you prefer.
- It’s also a great way to write down your real word pain experiences and flip them into how you desire your health to be. Then use visualization to help your body to feel better.
T Chart (health version)
The T Chart health version provides examples of statements, thoughts, and beliefs to help get you started. Once you see a couple of examples, you’ll know how easy it is to flip your own don’t wants into do wants and preferences.
